UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Two weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondents. Registry to issue notice thereupon. SLP(C) No. 22206-22209/2013

Mr.Kamal Mohan Gupta, Ld.counsel has not filed 'NOC' from erstwhile Advocate Mr.Yadav Narender Singh, in spite of last chance given. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders

Ld.counsel for the petitioner has failed to take fresh steps in the respect of the unserved respondent No.2 despite opportunities given. However, two weeks time as last chance is granted to take fresh steps in respect of the respondent No.2.

He seeks and is given four weeks time to file the vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve the copy of pleadings to the said respondent within one week after filing the vakalatnama.
