Sabharwal, Advocate has since been expired. Notice for alternative arrangement has been issued to the sole respondent but neither AD Card nor unserved cover has been received back so far.

It is submitted that there are 3 respondents in the matter. Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, Advocate has entered appearance and filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1. Copy of the same has already been included in the paper books. Ms. Sushma Suri, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2. Counter awaited. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover has been received from respondent No. 3 so far.

It is further submitted that Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, Advocate has on 04.02.2016 filed application for seeking to permission to file additional documents on behalf of respondent No. 1 which is registered as I.A. No. 2. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent No. 3.

It is submitted that there are eleven respondents in this matter. Ms. Lalitha Kaushik, Advocate has entered appearance and filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 5 to 7. Copy of the same has already been included in the paper books. Mr. Deepak Goel, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 8 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti alongwith proof in respect of respondent Nos. 1 to 10 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 3, 9 and 10 so far. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover has been received from respondent No. 11 so far.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent No. 11.

It is submitted that notice was issued to both the respondents through registered AD Post. But neither AD Cards nor unserved covers have been received back so far.
