It is submitted that as per Court's order dated 09.02.2016, Notice was issued by registered AD Post on 29.02.2016 to the unserved respondent No.3. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover has been received back so far.

It is submitted that as per order dated 09.02.2016, Notice was issued to unserved respondent No. 11 by registered AD post on 29.02.2016. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover has been received back so far.

Service is incomplete in respect of respondent No. 11.

SLP(C) No. 25452/2014

It is submitted that as per order dated 08.02.2016, Notice was issued by registered AD post to both the respondents. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover has been received back so far.
