It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Shekhar Prit Jha, Advocate on 04.12.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 01.09.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 5930 of 2011 (O&M).

It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 01.09.2014 was within time but there was a delay of 104 days in refiling the SLP. Counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the same was listed before the Hon'ble Judge (In Chambers) on 05.05.2015, when the following order was passed:

" Delay in refiling Special Leave Petitions is condoned."

It is further submitted that leave in SLP (C) Nos. 4062111 of 2015 @ CC No. 20848897 of 2014 Entitled Ajit Singh And Ors. Etc. Etc. Versus State Of Haryana And Ors. Etc. Etc. arising out of common order was granted on 22.01.2015 by Hon'ble Court. The same is registered as Civil Appeal Nos. 14831532 of 2015 and is pending (Copy of order dated 22.01.2015 is enclosed herewith).

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
