UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Consequent upon the demise of respondent nos. 26 and 30, learned counsel for the petitioners filed an application for substitution, condonation of delay in filing the application for substitution and setting aside abatement. In the application for substitution, the ages of the proposed legal representatives were not indicated, and accordingly the same was found to be defective

by the Registry.

One further opportunity is granted to the learned counsel

for the petitioners to remove the defects in the application for substitution, subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/-, to be deposited with the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Welfare Trust, within one week from today. The defects shall be removed within two weeks thereafter.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is also directed to ensure, that service is effected on unserved respondent nos. 31,32,35,36 and 37, within eight weeks.
