It is submitted that Mr. Rahul Gupta, Advocate has filed Special Leave Petition on 12.01.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 03.09.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 5653 of 2012, 5650 of 2012, 4445 of 2012, 5604 of 2012, 5652 of 2012, 2733 of 2012, 2723 of 2012, 2725 of 2012, 2728 of 2012, 2717 of 2012, 2766 of 2013, 2767 of 2013, 2734 of 2012, 6936 of 2012 and 6937 of 2012 alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner

has also filed an application for substitution of deceased petitioner No. 1 namely Rampal in RFA No. 4445 of 2012 and Gulab Singh petitioner No. 1 in RFA No. 5652 of 2012 and which is barred by time by 368 & 125 days respectively and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 24 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 54 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 78 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) Nos. 1159411632 of 2015 @ CC Nos. 59285966 of 2015 Entitled Sant Ram And Ors & Etc. Etc. Versus State Of Haryana & Ors. & Etc. Etc. arising out of common Judgment was dismissed on 06.04.2015 by Hon'ble Court(Copy of order dated 06.04.2015 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that in SLP (C) Nos. 51615191 of 2001 Entitled Mohinder Singh & Ors. Versus State Of Haryana referred to on Page C of list of dates while granting leave, appeal (Civil Appeal Nos. 72277257 of 2014) were dismissed by Hon'ble Court on 05.08.2014 (Copy of order dated 05.08.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of notification dated 31.07.2006 and 16.08.1995 In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 31.03.2015 stating therein that the same are not required to file alongwith the present SLP if requried and has undertaken to produce the same at the time of hearing, if required by the Hon'ble Court and list the matter at his own risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
