W.P.(C) No. 906/2016

Service of notice is complete on the sole respondent but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

However, Ms. Swati Ghildiyal, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Mr. M.K. Maroria, Ld. Counsel for the sole respondent. She seeks and is given four weeks time to file the vakalatnama and the counter affidavit.

Petitioner-In-Person has filed the spare copies for reference of the Hon'ble Court but the same is defective as complete sets of pleadings have not been filed. He may file the complete sets within a period of two weeks.

W.P.(C) Nos. 943,954,953,957,958 and 930/2016

Service of notice is complete on all the respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

However, Ms. Swati Ghildiyal, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Mr. M.K. Maroria, Ld. Counsel for Union of India (Ministry of Finance). She seeks and is given four weeks time to file the vakalatnama and the counter affidavit.

Counsel for the petitioners has filed five spare copies only in T.P.(C) Nos. 2018-2022/2016 and nine spare copies in in T.P.(C) Nos. 2030-2038/2016. Ld. Counsel shall within a period of two weeks, as last chance file deficit spare copies for issuance of notice and in addition to that shall file two extra sets of paper book as the matter is referred to Constitution Bench.
