The writ petition abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 02.12.2016 with an office report dated 30.11.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"List along with WP(Civil) No. 906/2016."

The matter abovementioned was again listed along with other connected matters before the Hon'ble Court on 16.12.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following InterAlia Order:

"....Writ Petitions are admitted.

Issue notice on the Writ Petitions, special leave petitions and other applications. The respondents may file reply affidavit within six weeks. Rejoinder, if any, within three weeks thereafter." xxx

The matter abovementioned was again listed along with other connected matters before the Registrar Court on 27.01.2017, when the following InterAlia Order are passed:

"...Ld. Counsel for the petitioners have failed to file the spare copies for issuance of notice to all the respondents despite order dated 16.12.2016 of the Hon'ble Court. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders. List thereafter."

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 03.01.2017 filed an application for detagging of the Writ Petition and the same has been registered as I.A. No. 1 of 2017 (copy of the application has already been included in the paper books).

The application in the Writ Petition abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
