The writ petitions above-mentioned were listed before this Hon'ble Court on 16.12.2016 with connected matters, when the Court was pleased to pass, inter alia, the following order:

"Writ Petitions are admitted.

Issue notice on the Writ Petitions, special leave petitions and other applications. The respondents may file reply affidavit within six weeks. Rejoinder, if any, within three weeks thereafter. xxx xxx xxx"

W.P.(C) NOS. 953, 957 & 958 OF 2016

It is submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid orders, the counsel for the petitioners have filed spare copies in W.P.(C) Nos. 957 & 958 of 2016 on 20.01.2017 and in W.P.(C) No. 953 on 24.01.2017. Rule nisi has been issued to all the respondents in the writ petitions above-mentioned by speed post on 25.01.2017.

Service of rule nisi is awaited.

W.P.(C) NOS. 944, 996, 1008, 1009, 1010 & 1011 OF 2016

It is submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid orders, the counsels for the petitioners in the matters above-mentioned have not filed spare copies so far, despite this Registry's reminder dated 10.01.2017. Hence, rule nisi could not be issued.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners in W.P.(C) No. 944 of 2016 has on 03.01.2017 filed an application for de-tagging the matter and the same has been registered as I.A. No. 1 of 2017 (copy of the same has been included in the paper books).

Service of rule nisi is not complete.

The Writ petitions along with application above mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
