"Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned Attorney General has filed an affidavit explaining the scheme introduced by the Government of India and steps taken by it. He is also free to file counter affidavit to the writ petitions by Friday, 2nd December, 2016. Mr. Kapil Sibal, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of one of the petitioners' submits that he does not propse to file any response to the affidavit already filed but reserves his right to file rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit, if any, He is free to do so. List these matters again along with other similar/connected matters on Friday, 2 nd December, 2016 at 2.00 p.m."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, requisite documents have not been filed so far.

W.P.(C) NOS. 957 AND 958 OF 2016

The Writ Petitions above-mentioned have been filed by Mr. M.T. George, Advocate on behalf of the petitioners.

It is submitted that the matters above-mentioned have been tagged with W.P.(C) No. 906 of 2016 as all are arising out of similar issue.

It is further submitted that the matters abovementioned were mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 29.11.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
