T.P.(C) Nos. 2018-2022/2016

Four weeks' time, as a last chance is given to all the appearing respondents to file the counter affidavit.

Await certificate of service of respondent Nos. 24 to 27.

Learned counsel for petitioner shall within a period of four weeks' file the fresh particulars of respondent No.30 and he shall also take requisite steps for the service of notice upon him.

Four weeks' time is given to respondent No.17 to file the counter affidavit.

Four weeks' time, as a last chance is given to all the other appearing respondents to file the counter affidavit.
