The matter abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13.04.2015, when

the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice returnable in three weeks. Mr. Vikas Upadhyay, learned counsel appearing on caveat accepts on behalf of respondent No. 1 and waives further notice. Notice be sent to other respondents. In the meantime, further proceeding in Election Petition No. 1 of 2014 pending before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur, shall remain stayed."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the common respondents in both the

SLPs abovementioned on 11.05.2015 through registered A.D. Post.

It is submitted that Mr. Vikas Upadhayay and Mr. Kaustabh Ansuraj, Advocates have

filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No. 1 and respondent Nos. 2 to 8 & 10 to 14

respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit so far.

Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover has been received from respondent No. 9 so far. Service of notice on respondent No. 9 is incomplete.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vikas Upadhyay, Advocate has on 30.04.2015 filed application seeking vacation of stay with affidavit along with Annexures A to G. The same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 1 of 2015 ( Copy of the same are included in SLP Paper Books).

The Interlocutory Application abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
