UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R
Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 are present.

As per office report dated 10th October, 2023 in spite of the last opportunity having been granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to complete service upon respondent No.3 by taking fresh steps, service of notice remains incomplete as no steps having been taken to serve respondent No.3.

In view of the aforesaid, by way of indulgence, two weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for service of notice upon respondent No.3 failing which the Special Leave Petition shall stand dismissed as against respondent No.3 without further reference to the Court.
