UPON hearing the counsel, the court made the following O R D E R
1. Issue notice, returnable in the week commencing 09th December, 2024.
2. Notice will be served by all modes, including dasti**.**
3. It is submitted that the National Green Tribunal (NGT) disposed of the original application, in view of the submissions and the documents placed on record by the applicant, which shows that there was compliance.
4. Till the next date of hearing, there will be stay of the direction given in paragraph 3 of the order dated 06th August, 2024, disposing of I.A. No.344/2024.
5. The interim order would not, in any way, affect the operative directions given by the NGT in Original Application No.287 of 2022.
