Ld.counsel for the appellant submits that the respondents are common in all the above cases and in the light of service of notice on all the respondents in Civil Appeal No.5846/11 the service of the unserved respondents in Civil Appeal No.10868/10 and Civil Appeal No.4/11 shall be deemed as complete. On verifying the file it is seen that the above unserved respondents have been served in other connected matters, either by post or dasti or by both. Hence, service is deemed as complete. Respondent No.6 is granted four more weeks time as a last chance for filing counter affidavit. List the matter on 12.07.2012.
