Status-quo with regard to possession of property as on today shall be maintained by the parties till further orders."

It is submitted that there are five respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. P. Somasundaram Advocate, but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and his name has been updated in the computer data.

SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NOS. 34795 AND 34796 OF 2015

It is submitted that there are common five respondents. Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 are represented by Mr. B. Balaji and respondent No. 5 is represented by Mr. P. Somasundaram, Advocate but they have not filed counter affidavit on their behalf so far.

SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 34797 OF 2015

It is submitted that there is sole respondent. Show cause notice has been issued to sole respondent on 10th Febaury, 2016, but niether A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received so far.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
