Delay condoned.

It is seen that Respondent No.1 was an applicant before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.1009/2017 seeking consideration of her appointment as Assistant Engineer Veterinary Surgeon. On 19.04.2017, the Tribunal passed the following order:-

"Admit. Notices to the respondents returnable in six weeks.

It appears, Respondent No.1 challenged the interim order in Writ Petition and the High Court allowed it with a direction to consider the case of Respondent No.1 for appointment under 30% quota reserved for non-locals. Non-locals has been defined in the Presidential Order dated 18.10.1975.

Having gone through the order, we are, prima facie, of the view that Respondent No.1 may not come under the non-locals quota as well.

Issue notice.

Until further orders, there will be stay of operation and implementation of the impugned order of the High Court.
