In view of the judgment delivered by the High Court in a batch of petitions led by D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 1853 of 2021 and pendency of special leave petitions led by SLP (C) No. 20743 of 2021 involving the same subject-matter concerning the claim of B.Ed. qualification holders to appear in Rajasthan Teachers Eligibility Test, let notice for the final disposal be issued in this writ petition to the respondents. The petitioners have prayed for the interim relief for allowing them to submit application forms and to appear in the examination.
Having regard to the circumstances of the case and the orders previously passed in akin matters, interim relief in terms prayed for is declined.
However, it is provided that the examination process of Rajasthan Teachers Eligibility Test, 2022 shall remain subject to the final order to be passed by this Court.
