There are 21 Respondents. All Respondents are represented through their respective advocates except Respondent Nos. 2, 14, 15, 19 and 21 who are served with notice but no one has entered appearance on behalf of these Respondents. Ms. Vibha Dutta, Advocate who was representing Respondent Nos. 3 and 5 and Mr. Arun Kumar Beriwal, Advocate who was representing Respondent Nos. 10, 11 and 18 have been designated as Senior Advocates so Notice for Alternative Arrangement were issued to above said Respondents. Mr. Navin Prakash Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 3 but unserved cover received back from Respondent No. 5 with remarks " Not known returned to sender".

Accordingly, advocate for appellant was requested to file latest and correct address but he has not filed the same.

Mr. P.S. Sudheer and Mr. Shantano Kumar, Advocate have filed Vakalatnama and appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 10 and 11 respectively but Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover received back from Respondent No. 18.

There are three respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented through Mr. D.K. Sinha Advocate. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 served through High Court, but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is submitted that Ms. Kirti R. Mishra, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and appearance on 27th August, 2012 and also Mr. R.S. Jena, Advocate has on 4th

September, 2012 filed Vakalatnama and appearance for both Respondent but he did not clarify the position and Mr. Shiboshankar Mishra, Advocate has also filed Vakalatnama and appearance on 5th September, 2013. He has also filed counter affidavit and the same is included in the paper books. Ms. Kirti R Mishra, Advocate has on 3rd December, 2013 filed a letter in this regard ( copy of letter enclosed).

It is further submitted that Mr. Sibosankar Mishra, Advocate for Respondent has on 19th September, 2014 filed an application for direction and the same is registered as I. A. No. 3 in Civil Appeal No. 1531 of 2011. (The same is placed alongwith paper books.)

The appeals alongwith application abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office report.
