The petitioner to take out fresh notice to respondent No.9 in SLP [C] No.21196/2023.

Only respondent Nos.1 and 2 in both the matters have entered appearance and seek to file a counter affidavit.

Let counter affidavit be filed within four weeks.

Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
