Opportunity to respondent no.1 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.

The ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 5 has submitted that they are only representing respondent nos. 2 to 5 and not respondent no.8. As per office report dated 30.11.2017 notice has been served on respondent no.8 through the standing counsel for the State of Bihar, therefore, service is complete on respondent no.8 also. Vakalatnama and counter affidavit may be filed on behalf of respondent no.8 within four weeks time as last opportunity.

Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court after completion of period of four weeks whether vakalatnama and counter affidavit is filed or not as further opportunity stands declined.
