Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and perusing the twin grounds raised in this petition, we are of the view that the petitioners have to avail the remedy in accordance with law available before the High Court itself. In that view of the matter, leaving liberty to the petitioners to resort to such remedy available in law, this petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach this Court in case the petitioners are visited with any adverse order.
