It is submitted that Mr. Rustom B. Hathikhanawala, Advocate has on 31st October, 2015 filed Vakalatnama and on 5th November, 2015 filed counter affidavit on behalf of ths sole respondent.

SLP (C) No. 30278/2015

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th October, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay cond oned . Issue notice. To be heard along with SLP(C) No. 25257/2015."

Accordingly, notice was issued to the sole respondent. Mr. Rustom B. Hathikhanawala, Advocate has on 30th November, 2015 filed Vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of the sole respondent.
