The Application for stay in this matter was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24.09.2015 with the office report dated 23.09.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"I.A.No. 4/2015

We are not granting the interim stay as prayed for. However, we make it clear that depending upon the outcome of the main Special Leave Petition, appropriate orders can be passed in respect of the prayer which is sought in this application as well.

The reversion, if it is related to the subject matter of the Special Leave Petition, shall be the subject matter to the outcome of the main Special Leave Petition. However, in the meantime, the petitioner shall not be evicted from the accommodation.

Interlocutory Application No. 4/2015 is disposed of.

Let the unserved respondents be served through ordinary means of service.

Dasti, in addition, is also permitted.

Steps be taken for issuance of fresh notice within four weeks.

List the matter after four weeks. "

It is submitted that M/S Anuvrat Sharma and Ravindra Kumar, Advocates has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 23 respectively.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed affidavit of Dasti service stating therein that the notice has been served upon the Respondent Nos. 4 to 12 on 24.09.2015, but no one has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondents so far.

Service of notice is complete.

This matter was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.10.2015, when the Court was pleased to passed the following order:

"To be heard along with SLP(C) No. 25191/2015. In case any orders adverse to the petitioners are passed, same shall be subject to the outcome of the petition.

At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, respondent nos 4 to 13 which are performa respondents are deleted from the array of parties. "
