The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5th January, 2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Issue notice to the respondents, subject to deposit of Rs.50,000/- before the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kothagudem, Andhra Pradesh, within a period of two weeks. The said amount shall be disbursed in favour of the respondent No.1, Banoth Vimala, on proper identification. On such production of the proof of deposit, the Registry shall issue notice to the respondents, fixing a returnable date within six weeks.

There shall be stay of operation of the impugned order, subject to such deposit of amount."

It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above, instead of depositing Rs.50,000/- before the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kothagudem, Andhra Pradesh, Counsel for the Petitioner has filed proof of deposit of rs. 50,000/- before the Principal Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Kothagudem, Andhra Pradesh (Copy enclosed). In this regard, Counsel has given a letter stating therein that both the Courts are one and the same and the amount in question has been released in favour of Respondent No.1(Copy enclosed).

Upon deposite of amount, Show Cause Notice returnable on 15th May, 2015 was issued to all the three Respondents through registered post A.D. on 10th April, 2015.

It is submitted that Ms. Seshatalpa Sai Bandaru, Advocate has on 29th April, 2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1.

It is further submitted that service of Show Cause Notice is awaited in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 and complete in respect of Respondent No.1.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
