Service of show cause notice is complete on respondent No. 1.

Thereafter, the matter was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 29.10.2013 with an office report dated 28.10.2013, when he was pleased to pass the following Order :

''Three weeks' time is granted as final chance to respondent No. 1 for filing counter affidavit.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks' time as final chance for filing process fee, spare copies and complete address of the District Court and on compliance, notice be issued forthwith to respondent No. 2 through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service.

In the event of default matter to be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary orders/directions.

List again on 2.12.2013.''

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed

process fee, spare copy and complete address of respondent No. 2, so

far.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office

report.
