It is submitted that Ms. A. Sumathi, Advocate has on 17.4.2014 in SLP (C) Nos. 16423 and 16425 of 2013 filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Petitioner No.1 after obtaining "No Objection" from Mr. P.S. Sudheer, Advocate and separate Rejoinder Affidavits to the counter affidavits filed on behalf of respondents, with the permission of the Hon'ble Court, but both the Rejoinder Affidavits are defective for the reasons that: (I) copies have not been served on Mr. P. S. Sudheer, Advocate and (ii) Pagination of Annexures have not been mentioned in the body of both the Rejoinder Affidavits. However, copies of the both Rejoinder Affidavits have been included in the paper books.

It is submitted that there are four respondents in the instant matter. Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from respondent no. 1. so far. Mr. Kamal Mohan Gupta, Advocate has on 29.3.2014 filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4. Mr. Kamal Mohan Gupta, Advocate has on 23.4.2014 filed Counter affidavit. Copy of the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
