UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The petitioner-applicant seeks modification of the earlier order passed with respect to the interest component while the other request is with respect to the nomenclature.

In such view of the same, we deem it appropriate to direct the Registry to place the matter before Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India so as to post this matter before an appropriate Bench comprising of Hon'ble Justice Dipankar Datta as Hon'ble Justice Ravindra Bhat has demitted Office.
