Ravi vs. Kusuma' filed by the respondent husband under Sections 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, from

Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu to Channarayapatna in the State of Karnataka. In view of the facts and circumstances of this case, we deem it appropriate to transfer H.M.O.P. No.67 of 2009, titled 'G.A. Ravi vs. Kusuma', pending in the Court of Subordinate Judge at Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu to the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Channarayapatna, Karnataka. The transfer petition stands allowed.
