UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld. Counsel for the appellant is granted four weeks' time as final opportunity to take appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent nos.2 and 15.

Ld. counsel for the appellant is granted two weeks' time as final opportunity to file fresh particulars for alternative arrangement(counsel expired) in respect of respondent nos.7,9,10 and 13.

Service of notice for alternative arrangement(counsel expired) is complete on respondent nos.1,5,6,8,11 & 12 but none has entered appearance.

Service is complete on respondent nos. 3,4 and 16 but none has entered appearance.

Ld. Counsel for the appellant is directed to serve copy of the petition to the ld. Counsel for respondent no.17 within one week and file proof thereof. Ld. Counsel for respondent no.17 to file counter affidavit within four weeks thereafter.
