It is submitted that since service of show cause notice in these matters were incomplete, the matters were listed before Ld Registrar Court on 30.10.2014 when the following order was passed:
"Ld. Counsels for the petitioners to take fresh steps in all the SLPs within one week as there is direction of the Hon'ble Court to list it in the first week of December.
The ld. Counsel who undertook to represent Devinder Singh in SLP(Crl.) no. 1368/2014 states before the Court that as per his information Devinder Singh has expired. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner in this case to verify and move appropriate application accordingly.
Four weeks time is granted to the ld. Counsels for the respondents for filing counter affidavit.
List again on 21.11.2014."
Accordingly, fresh show cause notice was issued in the above matters through Regd/Ad post. A copy of dasti notice was also issued to the counsel for the petitioner for effecting service of notice on respondents.

It is submitted that there is sole respondent in the matter.
It is further submitted that neither AD card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received back so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed Affidavit with proof of dasti service so far.

It is submitted that there is sole respondent in the matter.

It is submitted that sole respondent in Special Leave Petition (Crl) No. 1367 of 2014 is represented by Mr. Parmanand Gaur, Advocate.
It is further submitted that it has been under took before Registrar Court that sole respondent in Special leave Petition (Crl.) No. 1368 has expired.
It is further submitted that the counsel who undeertook to represent the sole respondent in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 1368 of 2014 informed the Registrar Court on 30.10.2014 that as per his information the Sole Respondent viz Devinder Sharma has expired.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps in respect of Devinder Sharma, Sole Respondent in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 1368 of 2014, so far.
SLP(CRL.) No. 1730 of 2014
It is submitted that there is sole respondent in the matter.
It is further submitted that Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocate has on 08.01.2015 filed Vakalat/Appearance on behalf of Sole Respondent.
Service of show cause notice is complete.
SLP(CRL.) No. 2852 of 2014
It is submitted that there are two respondents in the matter.
It is further submitted that neither AD card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received back from any of the respondents so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed Affidavit with proof of dasti service so far.
Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of both the respondents.
SLP(CRL.) No. 3223 of 2014
It is submitted that there are two respondents in the matter.
It is further submitted that neither AD card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received back from any of the respondents so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed Affidavit with proof of dasti service so far.
Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of both the respondents.
SLP(CRL.) No. 3224 of 2014
The matter above mentioned was listed before Hon'ble Court on dated 07.04.2014 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-
"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with S.L.P. (Crl.) No. 1136 of 2014."
Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent on 2.05.2014 through Regd. AD post.
It is submitted that since neither AD card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received back from sole respondent, the matter was again listed before Registrar Court on 21.11.2014, when the following order was passed:
"Fresh steps to be taken for completion of service on the sole respondent."
Accordingly, fresh show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent through Regd AD post on 29.11.2014. A copy of dasti notice was also issued to the counsel for the petitioner for effecting service of show cause notice on sole respondent and file proof thereof.
It is submitted that neither AD card nor unserved cover containing the show cause notice has been received back so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed Affidavit with proof of dasti service so far.
Service of show cause notice is incomplete.
SLP(CRL.) No. 805 of 2014
The matter above mentioned was listed before Hon'ble Court on dated 22.08.2014 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-
"List along with SLP(Crl.)No. 1730 of 2014 @ Crl.M.P.No. 302 of 2014) before an appropriate Bench."
It is submitted that in compliance of order quoted above, the instant matter has been tagged with Special Leave Petition(Crl.)No. 1730 of 2014 and both are being listed together.
It is further submitted that the instant mater is an after notice matter and there is sole respondent in the matter.
It is further submited that Ms. Nidhi, Advocate has on 12.09.2014 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of sole respondent.
Service of show cause notice is complete.
It is lastly submitted that service of show cause notice is complete in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) Nos. 1136, 1730, 1735, 1365, 1367 and 805 of 2014 and service of show cause notice is still incomplete in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) Nos. 1230, 1233, 1366, 2852, 3223 and 3224 of 2014.
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps in respect of sole respondent who has been reported to be dead in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 1368 of 2014.
The matters above mentioned as directed are, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office report.
