The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24.01.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay Condoned. Issue notice."

Accordingly, Show Cause Notice was issued to all the four respondent (Sole respondent in each matter) through Registered AD post on 27.02.2014.

It is submitted that Mr. Nikhil Jain, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of sole respondent in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 1165 to 1167 of 2014. Neither A.D. Card nor the unserved cover containing the show cause notice was received back in respect of Sole Respondent in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 1164 of 2014.

Thereafter, the matters above mentioned were listed before Court of Registrar from time to time and when listed on 03.02.2016, the following order was passed:

"Fresh address of the sole respondent in SLP(Crl.) No.1164/2014 be furnished within two weeks. Notice thereafter be issued.

Sole respondent in the other petitions is duly represented. However, opportunity for the sole respondent to file the counter affidavit has already been declined.

List again on 19.4.2016."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner did not filed fresh particular of sole Respondent in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 1164 of 2014, Hence the matters above mentioned were listed before Court of Registrar on 19.04.2014 and when again listed on 02.08.2016, the following order was passed:

"Despite last opportunity having been granted, fresh address of the sole respondent in SLP(Crl.) No.1164/2014 has not been furnished.

As such, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions alongwith appropriate office report."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has still not filed fresh address of sole respondent in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 1164 of 2014, resulting which, fresh show cause notice could not be issued.

The Office report for directions is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.
