The Special Leave Petition abovementioned has been filed against the Judgement and order dated 12.09.2015 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, in W.P. (C) No. 49143 of 2015.

It is further submitted that the SLP (C) No. 18741902/2014 relating to Shiksha Mitras in the State of U.P. arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.03.2014 when the Court was pleased to grant leave. The same has ben registered as Civil Appeal Nos. 434775/2014 and is still pending before the Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated 25.03.2014 enclosed).

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 30.11.2015 filed an application for permission to file additional documents alongwith additional documents and same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
