The matter has been listed for extension of time in concluding the trial. The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the Judgment has been delivered very recently. The learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent states that she has no instructions in the regard.

However, time is extended up to 31st January, 2015 to conclude the trial, if not already concluded.
