The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th December 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

It is submitted that there are thirty three respondents in this matter.
It is further submitted that Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner has on 22nd December, 2016 filed only five spare copies of the transfer petition with a result show cause notice as well as stay could not be issued so far.
It is also submitted that Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner has not supplied the two complete set of TP Paper Books in the matters abovementioned.Contd...2/

It is submitted that there are fifty four respondents in this matter.
It is further submitted that Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner has on 22nd December, 2016 filed only nine spare copies of the transfer petition with a result show cause notice as well as stay could not be issued so far.
It is also submitted that Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner has not supplied the two complete set of TP Paper Books in the matters abovementioned.
Thereafter, the matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 27th January 2017, when the following Order was passed :
"Ld. Counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of two weeks file deficit spare copies as mentioned in office report dated 25.1.2017 thereafter notice be issued to the respondents. List again on 7.3.2017."
It is submitted that Ld. Counsel for the Petitioners has not filed the deficit spare copies of the Transfer Petitions in the matters abovementioned with a result show cause notice on the respondents through the concerned High Court as well as stay could not be issued.
It is further submitted that Ld. Counsel for the Petitioners has not supplied the two extra complete set of TP Paper Books in the matters abovementioned as well as in the connected matters i.e. T.P. (C) Nos. 19581967 of 2016 and 1982 1996 of 2016, as the matters are referred to the Constitution Bench.
The matters abovementioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this office report.
