It is submitted that notice of hearing was issued to Mr. Rama Prasad Sarkar, Respondent No. 1–inperson in T.P. (C) No. 1983 of 2016 through speed post on 10th December, 2016 to appear before the Hon'ble Court on 15th December 2016, however, as per speed post track report, the notice is in the course of transit.

Service of show cause notice is complete on all the respondents – writ petitioners except Respondent No. 1 in T.P. (C) No. 1967 of 2016 and service of notice of hearing on respondent no. 1 in T.P. (C) No. 1983 of 2016 is awaited.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
