Ld.counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps and also failed to furnish fresh particulars for effecting service upon respondent No.30 despite grant of last opportunity. Therefore, the matters be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further orders.

Four weeks' time, as a last chance, is given to respondent No.14 to file counter affidavit.

Respondent No.17 has failed to file counter affidavit despite grant of last opportunity.
