In all the Transfer Petitions, all the appearing respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within four weeks.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent No.30 in T.P.© No.201822/2016 and respondent Nos.12,18, 20, 21, 26, 27 & 28 in T.P.© No.203038/2016 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.
