It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mrs. Amita Gupta, Advocate on 25.08.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 14.07.2011 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 241 of 2000 barred by time by 1413 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) CC No.12871 of 2015 Entitled Madhi & Ors. Etc. Etc. Versus State Of Punjab & Ors. arising out of common relied upon Order was directed by this Hon'ble Court on 14.08.2015 to list the matter alongwith SLP (C) Nos. 1757417580 of 2015.
