The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 06012017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Heard the learned counsel for the petitionerwife. We feel that the parties should make an effort to settle their disputes. Issue notice to explore the possibility of settlement between the parties. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in Petition No. 682 of 2016 titled "Kapil Luthra v. Sonika Luthra" pending before the Court of Principle Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari Courts, Old Delhi. The parties shall appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 15th February, 2017."

Accordingly, notice was issued to the sole respondent through Regd. A.D. Post on 20012017.

Accordingly, copy of Court's order dated 06012017 was sent to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre as well as parties were also informed to appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 15022017 vide this Registry's letter dated 16012017 & 19012017.

It is submitted that Mediation report dated 31032017 has been received from the Supreme Court Mediation Centre stating therein that both the petitionerwife and Respondenthusband presentinperson for Meditation. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

Service of show cause notice is complete

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
