This Transfer Petition is filed seeking transfer of suit bearing HMA Petition No.682 of 2016 titled as "Kapil Luthra vs. Sonika Luthra" pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

Keeping in view the submissions made in the Court and going through the record, we deem it appropriate to transfer the suit bearing HMA Petition No.682 of 2016 titled as " Kapil Luthra vs. Sonika Luthra**" pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to the Family Court of Kanpur Nagar, U.P.**

Transfer Petition is allowed accordingly.

In case both the parties opt to participate in mediation to resolve their differences amicably, they may be permitted by the court concerned at first instance to appear before the Mediator, at Kanpur Nagar, U.P.
