Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-wife.

We feel that the parties should make an effort to settle their disputes.

Issue notice to explore the possibility of settlement between the parties.

Dasti, in addition, is permitted.

In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in Petition No. 682 of 2016 titled "Kapil Luthra v. Sonika Luthra" pending before the Court of Principle Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari Courts, Old Delhi.
