UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

1. At the outset, learned counsel for the State of Andhra Pradesh submits that though liberty was given to the petitioners to serve the unserved respondents, but they are unable to do so and thus, I.As. have been filed for effecting substituted service.

2. Having considered the matter, prayer is allowed.

3. Let affidavit showing substituted service be filed within four weeks.

4. The matter be listed on 24.07.2025.

5. Any of the respondents, who were earlier not served and appear in the proceedings shall have the liberty to file their counter affidavits.
