The Writ Petitions above-mentioned alongwith pending Interlocutory Applications except I.A. Nos. 16-19 in WP (C) 24 of 2016, I.A. No. 1 in WP (C) 27 of 2016 and I.A. No. 2 in WP (C) 88 of 2016 were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07.12.2016 with Office Report dated 06.12.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Hearing concluded. Judgment reserved.

Learned counsel for the parties and the learned counsel for the intervenors are permitted to file their written notes of submissions within two weeks hence."

WP (C) 24 OF 2016

It is submitted that Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Advocate for the intervenor in I.A. No. 11 and Mr. Vishnu Sharma, Advocate for Fight for Animal Rights, India in I.A. No. 4 have on 20.12.2016 and 21.12.2016 filed Written Submissions respectively and the same were circulated at the residential offices of the Hon'ble Judges.

It is further submitted that Mr. G.S. Makker, Advocate has on 27.01.2017 filed Application for directions on behalf of Union of India (Respondent No. 1) with the permission of the Hon'ble Court. But the same has been found defective for the reasons that 1) copy of the Application has not been served upon Mr. M. Yogesh Kanna, Advocate for State of Tamil Nadu, 2) pagination of Annexures has not been set out in the body of the Application and 3) true copies of Annexures have not been signed by the Advocate. The advocate was required vide this Registry's letter dated 28.01.2017 to cure the aforementioned defects, but he has not cured the defects, so far. However, the same has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 16 of 2017 and the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Ms. Aparna Bhat, Advocate has on 27.01.2017 filed Application for directions and Application for amendment of Writ Petition on behalf of the Petitioner with the permission of the Hon'ble Court. The same have been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 17 and 18 of 2017 respectively and are being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is next submitted that Mr. G.S. Mani, applicant-in-person has on 27.01.2017 filed Application for rejecting the Writ Petition and subsequent I.As. filed by Ms. Anjali Sharma, Member, AWB with the permission of the Hon'ble Court. The said application has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 19 of 2017 and is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted that Mr. Ajit Sharma, Advocate for the Petitioner has on 25.01.2017 filed Application for directions with the permission of the Hon'ble Court which has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 1 of 2017 and the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

WP (C) 88 OF 2016

It is submitted that Mr. Subodh S. Patil, Advocate for the Petitioner has on 25.01.2017 filed Application for directions with the permission of the Hon'ble Court which has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 2 of 2017 and the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The Interlocutory Applications in Writ Petitions above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for Orders.
