The matters above mentioned have been filed on 23rd November, 2016 against the final Judgment and order dated 1 st April, 2016 passed by the High Court of Judicature st Madras in W.A. No. 1640 of 2001 and the same are barred by time by 146 days. Counsel for the Petitioner has filed applications for condonation of delay in filing the Special Leave Petitions.

It is submitted that Mr. M. K. Maroria, Counsel for the petitioner has on 23rd December, 2016, filed additional documents i.e. orders dated 24th June, 1997 and 9th October, 1998 as Annexures A1 and A2 in view of letter of undertaking dated 9th December, 2016. Copy of the same has already included in Special Leave Petition paper books.

The application in the matters above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
