Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the unserved respondents. The served respondents have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner has stated that the respondent Nos.10,11,19,21 & 25 have died. He seeks and is given four weeks time to take appropriate steps in this regard. Ld.counsel has also stated that he has filed the affidavit in proof of dasti service of the respondent Nos.24 & 40. Office shall verify the position and report accordingly.
