It is submitted that Mr. S. N. Mohan Rao, Advocate has not filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4, 7, 9, 12, 14, 26 and 33, so far. Neither AD cards have been received from respondent Nos. 10, 11, 19, 21, 24, 25, 40, so far.

Service is incomplete in respect of respondent Nos. 10, 11, 19, 21, 24, 25, 40.

The Matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
