The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and order dated 29th January, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition No. 38616 of 2014. There is delay of 295 days in filing SLP and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing SLP.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No. 5321 of 2017 arising out relied upon Judgment was listed alongwith main matter i.e. SLP (C) No. 5325 of 2017 before the Hon'ble Court on 6 th February, 2017, when the Hon'ble Court has directed to issue of notice and granted stay and the same is tagged with SLP (C) No. 37990 of 2016.
