Heard Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, learned ASG appearing for the petitioners.
Learned ASG submits that a bunch of fifteen cases were disposed of by the High Court on 04.01.2016 and appeals by the something tiled or are in the process of being filed Tests of the individual writ petitions decided by the common judgment. It is then pointed out that in Civil Appeal No. 4585 of 2018 (Union
$\mathbf{1}$
of India & Ors. v. Probir Ghosh & Ors.), this Court on 17.02.2022 {Annexure P/6 - Page No. 3399 to Page No. 3428 (Volume VIII)} had set aside the common judgment of the High Court dated 04.01.2016. She accordingly submits that all the writ petitions/civil appeals arising out the said common judgment should ideally be decided in light of the judgment passed by this Court on 17.02.2022.
