1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners on delay as well as on merits.
2. There being huge delay of 2326 and 132 days respectively in filing and refiling the SLP, without offering any satisfactory explanation, and in view of the concurrent findings of facts recorded by the Courts, we are not inclined to interfere with the same.
